- Destroys or alters property
- Renders property dangerous, ineffective, inoperative, or useless
- Obstructs, interrupts or interferes with the lawful use, enjoyment or operation of property; or
- Obstructs, interferes or interrupts any person from the lawful use, operation or enjoyment of the property.
